Tracy began designing for IM Design Group in 2006. She quickly became an integral member of the IM Design Group team, developing great relationships with
clients and balancing out the office chi.
Her strength lies in colorful, fluid and emotional designs. In 2009, Tracy's work for Emporia Convention & Visitor's Bureau earned an outstanding design award, and in
2011 claimed a total of 7 design awards and recognitions.
